Level of Education:

High school diploma / GED

Preferred Skills:

Good organizational and communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details, deadlines, and requests

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead and communicate with production team and management

Solid analytical and mechanical ability

Ability to perform multiple assignments within a fast-paced work environment

Attention to detail

Ability to read, understand, carry out written instructions, and adhere to established processes

Service orientation to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers

Manufacturing Associate

Manufacturing Associates develop knowledge of key manufacturing metrics/systems and their impacts on the business. These roles are meant to expand knowledge and skills through a variety of hands on manufacturing and general business experiences and develop future leaders for the company.

Shipping Supervisor

Shipping Supervisors lead and direct daily activities of the shipping department, including productivity, quality, service, and on-time delivery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring customer requirements and organization goals are achieved.

Recycling Services Representative

Recycling Services Representatives evaluate a supplier’s recycling needs and offers, through consultative sales techniques, recommendations to fulfill those needs in order to generate and maintain profitability to achieve unit objectives and business goals.

Transportation Analyst

Transportation Analysts meet customer on-time delivery expectations every day by providing proactive analysis to prevent service failures. They also proactively develop and recommend cost savings and/or service improvement programs to support the transportation strategy.

Supply Chain Specialist

Supply Chain Specialists are responsible for providing superior service to customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, freight rates, allocations, and delivery dates, receiving new orders, and monitoring status of current orders.

Assistant Buyer

Assistant Buyers are responsible for providing purchasing and inventory control services and support for Storeroom operations.
