Sales, Customer Service and Marketing & Design

Customer Service Representatives manage, communicate and monitors all aspects of a project and/or order. This role provides internal support and serves as a liaison between the sales team and clients while supporting all internal departments including Creative Services, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing and Finishing.

Structural Designers conceptualize, design and prepare unique, high-quality industrial, graphic packaging and POP display design solutions for existing and future customers primarily utilizing design software. They also maintain an excellent relationship with the sales team, manufacturing team and customer service representatives.

Graphic Designers create graphic design concepts, structural design assembly instructions and renderings for customers. They also support development and growth through innovation, efficiency and creative packaging design.

Sales Trainees are typically enrolled in a 12-18 month sales training program to prepare and equip the associate with the knowledge and skills in learning the corrugated packaging industry to become part of an Account Executive team.

Field Sales Managers are leadership roles responsible for coaching a team of Account Executives in the local market to achieve Division business objectives. They report to Sales Managers. 

Graphic Design Managers manage the graphic design team, collaborate on projects, delegate tasks and check for quality and consistency.

Sales Representatives are responsible for generating new business and meeting sales goals to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a specified area sales territory. They target packaging solutions for new and existing accounts. 

Project Coordinators are responsible for providing the necessary planning, communication, and coordination of efforts to ensure that assigned projects are successfully managed and delivered to the satisfaction of customers.

Customer Account Coordinators communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and perform other activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships supporting Sales, Manufacturing, and Shipping.
